About us...
Hot Peach Media was born from real life, real journeys, and a shared belief that how you live matters just as much as what you create.
We both came to this work through our own unique paths. Tel was running his healthy food café, Tel Island, building community around nourishment, creativity, and good feels energy. At the same time, Debbi was on a personal journey of sobriety, stepping away from a party lifestyle that no longer felt aligned and choosing something quieter, healthier, and more intentional.
A conversation with Debbi’s brother, a master builder who went on to create an off-grid yoga retreat in Portugal called Merkabah Life, planted a simple but powerful seed: go and find what makes your soul happy. Not long after, fate brought us together.

Since then, we’ve built a life rooted in wellness, meditation, organic living, and genuine human connection.
We spend as much time as we can in Portugal, slowing things down and teaching our children what really matters: nature, home-grown produce, open skies, and golden sunsets. You’ll often find us on the beach with a paddle board, out exploring with our TentBox, or parked up somewhere beautiful with music playing and the kettle on.
Tel is rarely without an instrument nearby, moving between rhythm and melody with the same instinct he brings to design. Debbi, originally from South Africa, keeps everyone fuelled with her legendary banana bread and a deep appreciation for simple, nourishing food shared together. Our newest addition, Sunny, has completed our family and brought even more joy (and chaos) into the mix.
We love meeting like-minded people, building community, and bringing out the best in each other. That way of living flows directly into how we work. We care deeply, we listen properly, and we create with intention.

Hi, I'm Debbi - My journey into digital marketing didn’t start with trends or templates — it started with real strategy, real people, and real results.
I’ve spent over 15 years in social media and digital marketing, trained by one of Sydney’s leading digital agencies, The Dubs, working across high-profile brands including Vogue Fashion Night Out, Eftpos, ING Direct Bank, Betfred, and more.

Hi, I'm Tel - not just a designer… I am the creative soul that gives brands life, personality, and visual impact.
With roots in music, food, clothing, and wellbeing, I am the palm-tree energy behind Hot Peach Media — creating visuals that connect emotionally and instantly elevate a brand.
I started out managing and designing for my band — crafting music artwork, gig posters, merch lines, and full visual identities — and that creative instinct became the foundation of everything I do today.
I went on to build Tel Island Food Bar, complete with its own strong brand, menus and aesthetic, and later launched Good Feels Clothing, a feel-good apparel line with a purpose.
